Boogie is a very athletic bitch, who has an enormous jump in her! She has a very natural affinity for game.
A very enthusiastic water dog!
She has proved very clever and biddable with duck, partridge, woodcock, pigeon and pheasant.
She has one of the deepest liver coats - a delight to see.
Her first litter by Belsud Brown Ace are proving to be very sucessful, and we are very proud of her son Australian Dual Champion (T) NRD Casblaidd Monday's Rebel, who has been campaigned my Marilyn Dawson to become the youngest ever Australian Champion to gain his title. He also has his tracking championship, and is now training for his gundog field qualification - a very talented boy! At the Flat Coated Retriever Association's AGM, Rebel not only was awarded the 2011 NOVICE RETRIEVING DOG OF THE YEAR but also 2011 RETRIEVING DOG OF THE YEAR.
Boogie produced her second litter on 8th June 2009 Their father is our own very successful Casblaidd Little Archer. We have kept a super black dog - Casblaidd Out of Order SDC , who gained his Shooting Dog Certificate in the season 2011/2012. One of his brothers, Casblaidd Over the Line J.H. is having a ball in the U.S.A. having gained his Junior Hunter award, with his wonderful owner Tracey Fudge.
